WHAT LED ME TO COACHING?

It all stems from my desire to leave a positive and lasting impact on others, to help and solve problems by collaborating and creating together!

As a female in STEM, I’ve had my fair share of imposter syndrome! I was constantly questioning myself, wondering if I was really cut out for this! I thought I had to act like someone else to be seen as a leader in my field! Does that resonate with you?

Turns out I was wrong!

Now that I am owning who I am, I am recognized and put forward as a collaborator, a mediator, and a compassionate leader.
